The two had earlier been following each other on the platform but have now removed one another from their respective following lists.
Chahal and Mahvash had been in the news for some time over rumours of a relationship. However, Chahal had earlier clarified that he was not dating anyone, while both he and Mahvash maintained that they were only good friends.
Chahal was previously married to choreographer Dhanashree Verma. The couple, who married in 2020, ended their marriage in early 2025. Following the separation, Chahal’s name was linked with RJ Mahvash after the two were seen together on multiple occasions.
Addressing dating rumours last year on Raj Shamani’s podcast, Chahal said that speculation often arises when he is seen in public with friends. He stated that he has never invited paparazzi or sought publicity and clarified that there was no special person in his life at the time.
