Bengaluru, May 28: In a dramatic turn of events, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah announced his decision to step down during a breakfast meeting with Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar and senior cabinet colleagues at his official residence ‘Kaveri’.
