Bhubaneswar, Mar 5: Owing to overwhelming response from the interested candidates for the 'Yuva Prativa Sammana 2025’, the registration deadline for the event, organised by Argus News, has been extended till March 31.

The registration process got underway on February 10, with the deadline being initially set for March 5. However, many youths reached out to the organisers – Argus News – expressing their interest to register their names for the event.

Keeping their interest and requests in mind, Argus News has decided to extend the deadline from earlier-set March 5 to March 31.

What is ‘Yuva Prativa Sammana’?

The event will recognize the extraordinary contributions of Odisha youth in the development of the country. The sammana (award) will be given to young achievers in the fields of Education, Health, Agriculture, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Women Empowerment, Governance & Social Leadership, Environment, Entertainment, Sports, and Language, Literature & Tradition.

The ‘Yuva Pratibha Samman’ will honour young leaders from Odisha who have done exceptional work and made a significant impact in shaping the future of the country. The award aims to inspire others by showcasing the efforts of the youth in driving development in various fields.

Candidates are advised to register at the https://yuvaprativasammana.argusnews.in/ site. They have to register under the subject they have expertise. They are required to mention their email ID, name, contact number, age, and work level. It's worth mentioning that candidates must be of age between 18 to 40.

Besides, the candidates have to write about the impact of their work in 300 words. Each candidate has to mention why he/she is applying for the Sammana and how he/she deserves the 'Sammana'.

The candidates are also required to upload a passport photo, personal profile, and all previous achievement/s. It is advisable to upload videos related to their work, if any.
