Youth Kills Father In Sundargarh Over Family Dispute
Sundargarh, Nov 6: A youth allegedly killed his father over a petty family dispute in Mahulpada area of Sundargarh district in Odisha, police sources said on Monday.
The accused has been identified as Chakradhar Munda, a resident of Chala Sahi in Phulajhara village under Mahulpada police limits in the district.
According to sources, Chakradhar allegedly attacked his father Padu Munda (58) with a wooden stick over a family dispute on Sunday evening. Padu reportedly died on the spot.

✨The accused Chakradhar returned home last evening and asked his aunt for food. When the woman asked him to wait for sometime, Chakradhar got angry and started hurling abuses at his aunt. When Padu accosted his son for his unruly behaviour, the accused in fit of rage hit his father with a wooden stick leading to his sudden death, police said.
Soon after the incident, accused Chakradhar managed to escape the place.
On being Informed, Mahulpada Police reached the spot and sent the body to a nearby hospital for post-mortem. Police have started an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, police launched a manhunt to apprehend the absconding accused.
