Bhubaneswar, Nov 11: The body of a youth was found under mysterious conditions at the Drug De-addiction Centre in Bhubaneswar. 

The deceased was identified as Sumanta Panda of Jamukoli village under the Airfield police station limits. 
Family members have alleged that Sumanta was beaten to death.

Based on the family members' complaints, the Airfield police went to the incident site and seized the body. After sending the body to the Capital Hospital for postmortem, police have started an investigation into the mysterious incident.
