Balasore, Apr 8: In a tragic incident, a woman constable of Odisha Police was found hanging from the ceiling of the room at reserve police barrack in Odisha's Balasore district.

The deceased has been identified as Yosoda Das.

Although she was rescued and taken to the hospital, doctors declared her brought dead.

The body has been sent for post-mortem examination and her family members have been informed.

On the other hand, police have initiated a probe into the incident.
