Nuapada, Dec 19: The human-animal conflict in Nuapada has surfaced again, with a wild bear spreading the terror this time. A woman was attacked by the bear,

The woman has been identified as Mukhi Mahratha of Sahar singh colony here. She has been admitted in District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Nuapada. The attack happened when the woman had gone to pluck flowers near her house. 

According to information, the wild bear tore off her right ear. This attack has terrorised the Nuapada residents. 

The forest officials have reached the spot and are closely monitoring the bear's movements, said sources.
