Bhubaneswar, Jan 25: A driver and a helper of a tractor were injured as the water tanker turned over on the road near Ram Mandir Square in Bhubaneswar this morning.
The injured driver and the helper have been admitted to a hospital in the city.
A fire tender has rushed to the spot and started a rescue operation.
Unit III police have started an investigation.
