Malkangiri, Jan 7: In a tragic mishap, two persons were killed and another sustained critical injuries as a motorcycle on which they were travelling collided head-on with a broiler-laden vehicle near MV 126 on National Highway 326 under Kalimela area in Malkangiri district this afternoon.
The deceased persons were identified as Sujit Madhi (17), son of Muka Madhi, and Singa Madhi (18), son of Ganga Madhi, both of Kutabanpalli village.
The injured, Samir Beti, son of Ganga Beti of the village, has been rushed to Kalimela Medical. His condition is stated to be critical.
