Puri, June 27: On the auspicious occasion of the Rath Yatra in Puri, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat were present to witness the divine spectacle of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra, and Sudarshan ascending their majestic chariots. As the deities embarked on their sacred journey, the entire world watched in awe and devotion.
The Union Ministers received blessings from Jagadguru Swami Ramabhadracharya and the Shankaracharya of Govardhan Peeth. Pradhan expressed his gratitude, calling it a rare privilege to witness the divine procession and to receive guidance from such revered spiritual leaders. He described Lord Jagannath as the protector of the universe, whose grace transcends caste, creed, and belief.

Both Ministers also visited the Integrated Command and Control Center, where they reviewed the advanced security arrangements implemented by Odisha Police in collaboration with drone startups. They praised the robust surveillance and crowd management systems in place, emphasizing their critical role in ensuring a safe and peaceful celebration.
In a heartwarming gesture, the Ministers, along with Puri MP Sambit Patra, participated in food distribution among devotees, reinforcing the spirit of service and unity that defines the Rath Yatra.
