Puri, Aug 14: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan along with his wife Mridula Thakur visited Lord Jagannath temple in Puri on Thursday morning.
Jharsuguda MLA Tankadhar Tripathy also joined the Minister during the temple visit.
The visit drew attention from devotees and locals, many of whom gathered to witness the dignitaries at the sacred site.
The trio was warmly welcomed at Hotel Mayfair, where the district administration extended a formal reception.

Later in the day, Minister Pradhan is scheduled to attend a social event at Hotel Holiday Resort in Puri.
