Bhubaneswar, Sep 16: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is scheduled to visit Angul on Tuesday for a day-long visit focused on reviewing and inaugurating several developmental initiatives.
The visit will began with his participation in the RPDSC meeting organized by Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) at the District Collector’s office, where discussions centred around regional development and resource allocation.
Following this, the Union Education Minister is scheduled to attend a District Mineral Foundation (DMF) meeting to evaluate new infrastructure and welfare projects aimed at boosting the district’s growth.
Among the highlights of his itinerary is the inauguration of the newly constructed office of the Regional Chief Conservator of Forests, a move expected to enhance forest management and conservation efforts in the region.

Union Minister Pradhan will also visit the Aluminium Park, where he is scheduled to conduct a detailed review of industrial progress and future expansion plans. The park is seen as a key driver of employment and economic activity in the district.
Later in the day, the Dharmendra Pradhan will head to Talcher to visit the Pabitra Mohan Pradhan Medical College. His visit will include an inspection of facilities and interactions with staff and students to assess healthcare and educational standards.
Both the district administration and BJP party workers have made extensive preparations to welcome the Union Minister, with security and logistics in place to ensure a smooth visit.
