Bhadrak, June 19: A heartbreaking incident unfolded in the village of Kismat Krushnapur under Basudevpur block of Odisha’s Bhadrak district, where two young sisters tragically lost their lives after accidentally falling into a pond while playing near their maternal home.

Despite desperate search efforts by family members and neighbors, both children were discovered unresponsive and rushed to Basudevpur Medical Center. Tragically, doctors declared both of them dead upon arrival.
