Karanjia, July 24: A shocking incident unfolded in Sharadha village under Karanjia police limits, where two minor girls were abducted.

According to reports, the victims had gone to a nearby shop to buy noodles. Meanwhile, some unidentified miscreants abducted the girls and later sent a video call to the victims' families, claiming the girls would be released only if fewer people were involved in any rescue attempt.

The kidnappers did not provide further details on their motives or location.

With no option left, the victims family filed a complaint at Karanjia Police Station, prompting a swift police response.

Based on the video call and other leads, police have intensified search operations to rescue the minors and track down the abductors.
