Balasore, Dec 25: As many as five people were critically injured as two cars carrying tourists from West Bengal collided head-on at Gardihi on Nilgiri-Udala road in Balasore district this afternoon.
The injured persons were soon rushed to the Nilgiri government hospital in a critical condition. Of them, two were later shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH), Balasore.
Latest reports said police have reached the spot and started an investigation.
