Khordha, Nov 26: In a tragic mishap, a woman died as an autorickshaw, in which she was travelling, was rammed by a truck on National Highway-16 at Gaurachandrapur under Chandpur police station this evening. 

The autorickshaw was on its way from Bhubaneswar to Banapur when a truck hit it on the rear, making it overturn.  The woman, later identified as Rajlaxmi Pattnaik of Banapur area. She fell from the auto and died on the spot, according to the information. 

On being informed, the Chandpur police reached the spot and sent the body to a hospital for postmortem. After registering an unnatural death case, the police have started investigation.
