According to the information, two-time MLA from Khordha and sitting Begunia MLA Rajendra Sahoo had filled false affidavit while filling his nomination paper.
One Upendra Kumar Routray has filed a case in the Khordha SDJM court alleging that he had given fake educational qualification certificates and other certificates while filing his election affidavit.
