Bhubaneswar, Mar 16: In what can be termed as the fallout of a trianguar love, a youth was hacked to death by none other than his girlfriend's former lover in the Chintamanishwar area in the city here last night. 

The deceased has been identified as Anjana Behera of Bhadrak. 

According to the information, Anjana had come to Khordha for some work. Knowing it his girlfriend's former boyfriend called him to Chintamaniswar for a compromise. After his arrival, he was speaking to his girlfriend when the ex-boyfriend, named Pintu, hacked him with a sword. Anjana was declared dead in the Capital Hospital. 

The body has been sent for postmortem and investigation is on, said police.
