Transgender Kills Ex-Lover To Avenge Break-up
Khurdha, Jan 4: A murder took place in Sagadabhanga Bhimpur village under Jankia police station limits in Khordha district on Monday.
The reason behind the murder is a triangular love affair involving LGBTQ+ community police told a press meet here today.
The deceased has been identified as Rasmiranjan Baliarsingh.
In 2017, Rasmiranjan had kept Somnath Lath, a transgender of Chandanpur in his house to give him a role in Ram Leela. The duo had physical relationship during this time. However, after some days Rasmiranjan parted ways when he started liking another lady artist.
This made Somnath angry. Finding Rasmiranjan alone at home, Somnath attacked him with an hammer killing him on the spot.

✨Somnath stole some cash and jewellery from his house and fled away in a motorcycle.

Rasmiranjan's mother has filed a complaint with Jankia police in this regard.
Police have formed three teams to nab the accused Somnath.
