Upon learning of the accident, local authorities swiftly arrived at the scene. Police officials from Khaira police station have begun an extensive investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Nayak, who was attending an event in Simulia, expressed deep sorrow over the incident. Accompanied by local legislators, he visited the Bhadrak Medical to extend condolences to the bereaved families and assured immediate government assistance.


The Chief Minister has been informed about the tragedy, and steps are being taken to provide necessary relief to the affected families. Officials continue to assess the situation, aiming to ensure safety measures for workers engaged in similar hazardous tasks.
