Cuttack, Feb 9: Forest personnel foiled a tiger skin sale bid and caught two persons red-handed while making a deal to sell two skins to some people at Netaji Bridge on the Millennium City outskirts here this morning.

According to the information, the forest sleuths, acting on a tip-off, rushed to the spot and attempted to swoop on the persons, both dealers and customers. However, the dealers started running as forest personnel approached them. But they were chased and caught after a while.   

The forest personnel seized two tiger skins and two mobiles from the arrestees. 

Later, they revealed to the forest personnel that they were making a deal to sell the tiger skins at Rs 50,000 each.
