Indian Railways / These Trains In Odisha's Rayagada Division Have Been Cancelled; Click Here For Details

Bhubaneswar, Sep 26: Train services in the Rayagada division of East Coast Railway have been affected after a landslide occurred between Maliguda and Chatadiput railway stations.

For safety reasons and to facilitate restoration work at the affected stretch, several trains have been cancelled, while some services have been partially cancelled and either short-terminated or short-originated at Koraput.

Trains Cancelled
The following services have been cancelled:

September 26
Train No. 18107 Rourkela-Jagdalpur Express.

September 27
Train No. 58502 Kirandul-Visakhapatnam Passenger.
Train No. 58501 Visakhapatnam-Kirandul Passenger.
Train No. 18516 Kirandul-Visakhapatnam Express.
Train No. 18515 Visakhapatnam-Kirandul Express.
Train No. 18108 Jagdalpur-Rourkela Express.

Several Services To Short-Terminate Or Short-Originate At Koraput
Train No. 18005 Howrah-Jagdalpur Express, which departed Howrah on September 25, will terminate at Koraput. Its service between Koraput and Jagdalpur will remain cancelled.

Similarly, Train No. 18006 Jagdalpur-Howrah Express, scheduled for September 27, will originate from Koraput instead of Jagdalpur. Its Jagdalpur-Koraput service will remain cancelled.

Train No. 18447 Bhubaneswar-Jagdalpur Hirakhand Express, scheduled to depart Bhubaneswar on September 26, will terminate at Koraput, with its Koraput-Jagdalpur service cancelled.

Train No. 18448 Jagdalpur-Bhubaneswar Hirakhand Express, scheduled for September 27, will originate from Koraput instead of Jagdalpur. Its Jagdalpur-Koraput service will remain cancelled.

In addition, Train Nos. 22839/22840 Bhubaneswar-Rourkela-Bhubaneswar Intercity Express will remain cancelled on September 27 due to the late running of the link train.

Railway authorities have advised passengers to plan their journeys keeping the changes in mind and check the latest train running information before travelling through the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or the official railway website.
