Bhubaneswar, Dec 30: In a good news for the benificiaries of Subhadra Yojana, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida said Monday that three instalments of the Odisha government's flagship scheme will be disbursed in 2025.

"2025 will be a year of Subhadra Yojana," said Dy CM Parida, adding that "May Devi Subhadra bless all the women in the new year."

She said that every benificiary will get the money as well as the second, third and fourth instalments of the Subhadra Yojana.

"All the women will get money on March 8 and also on Raksha Bandhan. So it will be all Subhadra in 2025," said Parida, who is also in charge of Women and Child Development, Mission Shakti, and Tourism departments.

Giving update on current status of the flagship scheme, Parida said that a survey is underway. "The survey report will come in the first week of January," informed the Deputy CM.

"The survey is about the ground reality, meaning how much the scheme has reached and is there anyone who is left out, etc. All these things will be cleared once the survey report comes," she added.

Parida said that the government is taking time only to ensure none of the deserved women will be missed out on the scheme's benifits. "This is the priority now," Parida concluded.
