Bhubaneswar, Feb 17: In tragic incident, a student was found dead in a hostel room of a private educational institution in Bhubaneswar.

The student’s hanging body was recovered from the ladies hostel room by the police of Infocity Police Station. It is suspected that this might be a case of suicide.

The deceased was reportedly a native of Nepal. Police arrived at the scene after being informed and they recovered the body of the deceased. The body has been sent to Capital Hospital for post-mortem.

The Infocity Police have also taken the deceased’s boyfriend into custody for questioning. The deceased was reportedly in relationship with her boyfriend for nearly three years.

Students of the educational institute have been protesting in front of the Infocity Police Station.

Police have already launched an investigation into the case and more details will be provided once th police find something.
