✨"A 'Special High Court Bench' in Balangir is a long-standing demand. If the government gives its nod and support this demand, the dream of having a special HC Bench will turn into reality," said an optimistic Kalikesh Singh Deo.
Singh Deo also gave example of Uttar Pradesh. "Look, UP has three High Court Benches," said Kalikesh Singh Deo, adding: "I urge the Chief Minister to do the needful for the Special High Court Bench in Balangir for the Western Odisha region."
"If CM Majhi refuses to consider this issue, then what is the worth of BJP leaders' demand? The Western Odisha has been betrayed in this matter," said Kalikesh Singh Deo.
Senior BJP leader and Sambalpur Rajya Sabha Member (MLA) Jayanarayan Mishra reiterated Singh Deo's statement. "We too are demanding a Special High Court Bench for Western Odisha," said Mishra.
"The matter is in Supreme Court. Look, Uttar Pradesh has three HC Benches. So why not in Odisha," asked Jayanarayan Mishra.
