Bhubaneswar, May 15: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar has forecast that the southwest monsoon is likely to advance into parts of the south Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea and Andaman & Nicobar Islands within the next 24 hours.
