Puri, Dec 29: The silver lining work has resumed in the Shreemandir with the Singhadwar (Lion's Gate) gamut being covered.
At first, the stone beads near the Patitpavan are cast in silver. Silver is being cast on the stone embankment just above the place where the 'Jamasila' stone is located.
The silver lining work didn't disturb the entry of devotees. This was done when the Lions Gate was closed.

✨On the other hand, more than 300 kg of silver received as donations from the devotees will be used to cover the Ratna Palanka and Patitpavan temples in the 12th-century shrine.
