Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former President Ram Nath Kovind, former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Ministers including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, J P Nadda, Piyush Goyal, and Nitin Gadkari were present on the occasion.
