The following day, February 4, the itinerary includes performing rituals at Swargadwar followed by a visit to the Jagannath Temple for darshan of Lord Jagannath.

Ahead of the visit, two helicopters conducted trial landings at the helipad as part of a security rehearsal. Puri SP Prateek Singh, along with administrative officials, reviewed the security arrangements and preparedness. Air Force officers also coordinated the landing drills to ensure seamless execution.

The SP Singh confirmed that a multi-layered security ring has been established covering the helipad, Lok Bhavan, Swargadwar, Jagannath Temple premises, its outer surroundings, Bada Danda, and the entire city of Puri. This extensive arrangement is designed to maintain order and safety during the President’s visit.

Meanwhile, preparations are equally intense in Balasore. Trial runs have been conducted at the university campus with multiple Air Force aircraft landing one after another.

District administration and security forces engaged in marathon coordination exercises to ensure readiness. The District Collector stated that all arrangements are being executed strictly as per the President’s SOP, with continuous monitoring of security measures.
