Districts like Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Sonepur, Balangir, Deogarh, and Angul are expected to experience the most severe heatwave conditions, posing challenges for residents as scorching temperatures and gusty winds sweep across these areas.
Western and central Odisha could record peak temperatures between June 10 and 12, pushing heat levels to new highs. Interior Odisha, including Kendrapara, Cuttack, Khordha, Puri, and Jagatsinghpur, will also see a rise in temperature, with sweltering conditions gripping several locations.
