Bargarh, Oct 29: In a shocking daylight heist, miscreants allegedly looted Rs 20 lakh from a parked car near Gandhi Chhak here in Odisha on Wednesday.
As per reports, Subodh Chandra Das of Talipada had withdrawn
Rs 15 lakh from a State Bank branch and Rs 5 lakh from an ATM. He left the cash
on the front seat of his car and went to a nearby hotel for lunch.
Upon returning, Das found the car’s front glass shattered
and the money missing. He suspects someone may have been trailing him during
the cash withdrawal.

Later, Das filed a complaint with the police in this
connection.
Police reached the spot and launched an investigation into
the incident.
The incident has raised serious concerns about public safety
