Rayagada, Jan 5: In a tragic incident, husband kills his eight month pregnant wife over family dispute in Ghadabangi village under Bishamcuttack police station here today morning.

The deceased woman has been identified as Rita and her husband is identified as Laxman Mandika.

According to reports, after killing Rita, Laxman called her family member saying Rita's condition was getting worse.

Rita's family member took her to the hospital but their authorities declared her dead and noticed a rope marks on her neck. 

On being informed, local police reached the spot and started invesigation into the matter.
