Balasore, Jan 13: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Saturday flagged off Gopinathpur Nilgiri-Balasore new MEMU train service at Nilagir Gopinathpur station in Odisha's Balasore district.
The Minister also dedicated the Balasore-Gopinathpur Nilagiri passenger line, around 20km stretch.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said, "Survey for laying of new railway line between Nilgiri-Betnoti will be conducted soon. A railway flyover will be built at Khantapada"

✨On January 7, 2022 Vaishnaw inspected the Balasore-Nilagiri railway line by travelling on an inspection carriage and laid foundation stone for making the line fit for running of passenger trains. He had assured the people of that area to run passenger trains on that route.
