Mayurbhanj, Dec 7: President Droupadi Murmu will lay the foundation stone for projects worth Rs 6,400 crore in Odisha today.
She will lay the foundation stone for three railway projects, Tribal Research and Development Centre, Dandabosh Airport, and a health facility at Rairangpur.
The railway projects are Bangiriposh-Gorumahishani, Budhamara-Chakulia, and Badampahad- Keonjhargarh Rail Lines. Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will attend the event through videoconferencing. Chief Minister Mohan Charana Majhi, Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram, Rajya Sabha MP Mamata Das, Lok Sabha MP Naba Charan Majhi, and Bangiriposi MLA Sanjali Murmu will also grace the event.
