Bhadrak, Feb 26: Tension prevailed in Bhadrak District Headquarter Hospital (DHH) after a pregnant woman and her newborn child succumbed allegedly due to medical negligence by the doctor this morning.
The family has alleged that the mother-child died due to doctor's negligence.
The deceased pregnant woman is identified as Manjulata Ghadei, wife of Abhimanyu Ghadei of Biridihi village in Banta block of Bhadrak district
Manjulata was first admitted to the Agarpada community health centre for delivery but later shifted District Headquarter Hospital at Gelpur in Bhadrak.
