Pradhan Distributes Rs 4K To 266 Children Under Mission Vatsalya Yojana

Sambalpur, Feb 24: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday launched the "Mission Vatsalya Yojana" for orphans and poor children at Sambalpur and distributed aid money.
Pradhan distributed monthly assistance of Rs 4,000 to 266 students under the scheme and advised authorities to take care of orphans.
Mission Vatsalya Yojana is run by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. On the occasion, Pradhan said the scheme, under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ensures a healthy and happy adolescent life for each child up to the age of 18. Henceforth, 266 children will get assistance of Rs 4,000 per month, he said.
