Speaking to reporters, Naik, who is also the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Minister, emphasized that the government is committed to delivering homes not only to general beneficiaries but also to those who are differently-abled and previously excluded from earlier phases. “The allocation will be done in stages, and no eligible person will be left behind,” he assured.
In a special gesture, the government plans to distribute houses under the Antyodaya Yojana on the occasion of the Prime Minister’s birthday. This symbolic move is expected to benefit some of the most marginalized sections of society, reinforcing the government’s focus on inclusive welfare.
