Bhubaneswar, June 15: Bhubaneswar is gearing up for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit on June 20, where he will participate in a grand roadshow and unveil key development plans to mark the one-year completion of the BJP's Odisha government.

Panchayati Raj Minister Ravi Narayan Naik has announced this today after a preparatory meeting.

Following his arrival at 3 PM at Bhubaneswar Airport, the Prime Minister will receive a ceremonial welcome before joining the Triranga Yatra. His itinerary includes a large-scale roadshow across the city, aimed at engaging with citizens and strengthening party outreach.

A significant highlight of the visit is the launch of the "Vision Document," outlining strategic initiatives for Odisha’s development across welfare schemes, infrastructure, agriculture, and governance. Modi will officially unveil this document, presenting a roadmap for the Odisha's progress under the BJP government.

Additionally, Modi will distribute work orders to 50,000 beneficiaries under the Antyodaya scheme and is expected to announce several new initiatives, including the Maha Purusha Adarsha Gaon Yojana, aimed at fostering model villages in the state.

The BJP state leadership has held crucial meetings to ensure the success of both the anniversary event and Modi’s visit. Following the success of Operation Sindoor, the visit is anticipated to have a significant political impact in Odisha.

The preparations are in full swing, with party workers and officials ensuring a grand reception for the Prime Minister’s high-profile visit.
