Keonjhar, Jul 3: A tragic incident has surfaced from Raighati village under the Soso police station in Anandapur sub-division of Odisha’s Keonjhar district. A juvenile boy, identified as Ghosha Purti, was allegedly murdered by his minor friend Kundiya Ho over a dispute involving a mobile phone.

According to reports, the two boys had recently travelled outside the village for labour work and stayed together. During that time, Ghosha’s mobile phone went missing. Upon returning home, during the Raja festival, Ghosha reportedly saw his missing phone with Kundiya, who eventually returned it.

On the following Sunday, Kundiya asked Ghosha to accompany him to a friend's house. However, while Kundiya returned home later, Ghosha never did.

The situation escalated when Ghosha’s family received information about a body found near the Rugudi hills close to the Mayurbhanj border.
