Cuttack, Apr 27: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday severely criticized Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for running the Odisha government with the help of a few 'elite' people. 

"Naveen Bahu is running the government with the help of a few specific people. And these specific groups of leaders are benefitting from the State," alleged Gandhi. 

The Congress icon alleged that Pandian is running the show on behalf of Naveen Patnaik, which is not at all good for the State. 

Gandhi was addressing the Congress Nyaya Samavesh at Kulia in the Salepur area.

Before the meeting, he visited the Satyabhamapur village and garlanded the statue of Utkal Gourav Madhusudarn Das on his birth anniversary.
