Sundargarh, Mar 4: A job aspirant lost his life while appearing for physical test of the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) examination in Sundargarh district today.
The deceased has been identified as Praveen Kumar Panda (batch no A02) of Rourkela.
According to reports, the physical test was being conducted for the recruitment of Forest Guards, Foresters, and Livestock Inspectors.
Praveen had applied for the posts of Forest Guard and Forester. He was running 25 km from Bhabanipur to Bargarh when he fell unconscious near Kirei police station.
He was immediately rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
