The hearing was held before the bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and Justice Dipankar Datta.
Recently, the Orissa High Court upheld the special Vigilance Court's order awarding a 3-year jail term to Barabati-Cuttack Congress MLA Mohammed Moquim in connection with Odisha Rural Housing Development Corporation (ORHDC) Corruption Case, for which Moquim moved to Supreme Court.
