As the House met for the second day at 10.30 am, Congress and BJD members trouped into the well of the House and started shouting slogans.
The Congress members demanded a discussion of the law and order situation, while BJD members sought to know from the government while Katni Chhatni was being done during the paddy procurement.

✨Despite repeated requests, the opposition members didn't move back and continued protesting the Speaker's podium.
As Opposition members remained unmoved from their protest, Speaker Surama Padhi adjourned the House till noon. Notably, Question Hour could not be held due to the protest.
