Bhubaneswar, June 9: Odisha's capital city, Bhubaneswar, is set to undergo a major infrastructure revamp with the construction of new Lok Seva Bhavan and Legislative Assembly buildings, as confirmed by the Odisha Public Works Minister.
The redevelopment initiative aims to modernize existing structures while ensuring cost-effective and technologically advanced construction methods.
In addition to government buildings, the state capital will also house the Odisha Mandap, a multi-convention center to be built in Chandrasekharpur. The center will accommodate up to 10,000 people and will cater to various public gatherings and events. Another significant development is the construction of disaster-resilient buildings across the state.
