Sambalpur, Aug 6: Odisha Vigilance department on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raid at several properties linked to Debasis Panda, Principal Scientific Officer of State Drugs Testing Laboratory in Sambalpur.

The searches were carried on the strength of search warrants issued by Hon'ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.

According to reports, the anti-corruption wing led by 4 DSPs, 10 Inspectors, 4 ASIs, and other supporting staff carried search at 7 places including Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, and Berhampur.

The raids were conducted at Flat No.15, Nayapalli, BBSR, Flat no. 11-D, Nayapalli, BBSR, Space no.OU-634, Esplanade, BBSR, Flat no.105, Balabhadrapur, BBSR, rented house of Panda in Sambalpur, his paternal house located at Nabhi Colony, Berhampur, Ganjam, and office chamber in Kainsir, Sambalpur.
