Cuttack, Mar 6: Sleuths of the Odisha vigilance department on Thursday conducted simultaneous raids at the properties linked to Deputy Commissioner of STA (State Transport Authority), Cuttack.
The raids were conducted on allegations of accumulating huge assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. Pradeep Kumar Mohanty has been named as alleged accused.
According to reports, the anti-corruption team led by 2 Addl SsP, 13 DSsP, 12 Inspectors, 25 ASIs, and other supporting staff launched the search operations at nine locations including Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Puri, Nayagarh, and Cuttack.
The search were conducted at his residential house at Maitri Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, four BHK Flat at Raghunathpur, Bhubaneswar, farm house at Kusupalla, Ranapur, Nayagarh, five storeyed under Construction building at Govindaprasad, Bhubaneswar, house of his native Place at Tangi, Khordha, house of his relative at Bhakti Ratna Lane, Jenari Gachha Chowk, Puri town, Petrol Pump in the name of his relative at Malipada, Bhubaneswar, under construction building in Balikhand, Puri in the name of his relative, his office at Cuttack.
