Bhubaneswar, June 3: Odisha continues to battle extreme heat as temperatures soar across the state, with Bhubaneswar recording 33.4°C early in the morning.

According to reports, Bhubaneswar recorded a temperature of 33.4°C, while Balasore and Puri saw the mercury rise above 34°C. Similarly, Balasore registered 34.8°C, Puri 34.6°C, Chandbali 33.4°C, Paradip 32.8°C, and Gopalpur 32.2°C.

Currently, Bhubaneswar is experiencing hazy conditions with an actual temperature of 35°C, though it feels like 41°C due to humidity.

The forecast suggests mostly sunny weather throughout the day, with a high of 36°C.

Following this, the IMD has advised people to stay hydrated and take precautions against the heat.
