As part of this operation, the Ganjam district police have made remarkable progress by rescuing 28 minors from different locations within and beyond the state. Among those rescued are 26 girls and two boys, according to the latest reports.
Teams from various police stations in Ganjam, including Khallikote, Patapur, Belaguntha, and Tarasingh, were actively involved in the operation. The efforts of these stations bore fruit as they successfully traced and brought back several minors who had been missing for varying periods.
For instance, Khallikote police rescued one minor girl and one boy, while Purushottampur and Buguda police secured the recovery of four girls.
Further breakthroughs came from Aska, Hinjilicut, and Bhanjanagar police, who recovered multiple missing children, highlighting the seamless coordination and relentless efforts by law enforcement officials.
