Around 56 platoons of police forces will be mobilized, with additional arrangements made by district units based on local requirements.

DJ Ban and Traditional Music Only

Authorities have imposed a complete ban on DJ systems during immersion processions. Organizers and participants are permitted to use only traditional instruments such as drums and other folk percussion. Permissions and stipulated conditions must be strictly followed, with violators facing legal action.

Crowd Control and Vigilance

Police deployment will be concentrated along procession routes, immersion ghats, and crowded junctions to regulate movement and prevent congestion.

Special focus will be given to sensitive and highly sensitive areas with regular patrolling, visible police presence, and coordination with intelligence units to preempt any untoward incidents.

Social Media Monitoring

Officials will monitor social media platforms for posts, messages, or content that could incite communal tension or disrupt public order. Any provocative material, misinformation, or rumor-mongering will be investigated, with legal action taken where necessary.

Traffic and Public Safety

Traffic management plans will be implemented to minimize disruption to public movement. Organizers must adhere to designated routes and timings, while police will ensure safe access to immersion sites.

At ghats, crowd control measures will prevent unsafe entry into water bodies, with strict enforcement of safety protocols.

Community Coordination

Police have emphasized cooperation with puja committees, procession organizers, community representatives, and local stakeholders to maintain peace and harmony. Citizens have been urged to assist law enforcement and promptly report suspicious activities or threats to public safety.
