Odisha: Matriculation Exam Begins at 3,133 Centres Today

Bhubaneswar, Feb 20: Odisha’s 10th Board Exam, known as High School Certificate (HSC) or Matriculation Examination, will begin today.
As many as 5,22,336 students have been enrolled to sit in the exams at 3133 centres across the State. To manage question paper dispatch and other issues, 314 nodal centres are operating in as many blocks, according to the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

✨While examinations will begin at 9 am, students have been advised to reach their centres by 7.30 am. They have been instructed not to any other thing other than pen, pencil, geometry box and admit card. A strong security system has been planned to check malpractives and smooth conduct of exams.
A total of 142 squads have been put at four levels. Students will appear for Odia language test today. English exam is scheduled to be held on February 24, Mathematics on February 27, General Science on March 1, Social Sciences on March 3, and Third Language (Hindi, Sanskrit) on March 6.
